The animal health & production industry in NZ has seen vast change in the last two decades. These developments have seen vitality & innovation invigorate this vital sector of the NZ economy.
Since graduation I have been in rural veterinary practice in the North Canterbury. I have always enjoyed helping farmers identify their opportunities and set goals to achieve their targets. Getting on farm & developing & implementing a management plan with the farm team is exciting work. Tracking progress & realizing targets is a rewarding experience for all involved. I have a practical approach & knowledge born from many years in the field to assist the farm team. No two farms are the same & each requires an understanding of their unique features to get the best results.
Being part of StockCARE® from the early days has added a vital component in providing group support, data analysis, comparisons between on farm events & between farms. The StockCARE® group are enthusiastic about sheep and beef production & are united as a group to achieve the best.
I'm always keen to work with any sheep and beef farmers that have the desire to develop their farming business to the next level.
