	MANAGING AFTER THE DROUGHT More go broke after the drought than during the drought. The key is to plan early to get through at least cost and make sure the business is positioned to make money after it rains. THERE WILL BE ANOTHER DROUGHT! Planning for the future is easy to put off after it has rained because the problem is solved. Take time to review what happened and why it happened.
